Mantles are usually made from a manganese steel alloy, which helps protect the cone head of the crusher from wear and tear.A mantle is a moving part that rotates unevenly, meaning it doesn’t stay perfectly centered. Instead, it swings a little as it turns, causing the space between the mantle and the concave to change. The concave is the fixed outer ring that surrounds the mantle. When the mantle moves, it crushes the material against the concave, where the space is smallest. The stones in the feed also crush against each other during this process, called interparticle crushing. This cone mantle is manufactured according to industry standards under expert supervision, using high-quality materials free from defects.
These mantles are available in different options, i.e.
EF = Extra fine
EFX = Extra fine Xtra
EEF = Extra extra fine
HR = High reduction
