A Concave is positioned in the upper part of the crushing chamber and forms the crushing space in conjunction with the cone crusher mantle. Since this part comes into direct contact with the material being crushed, it experiences significant wear and is the primary component that requires replacement.
Key Features
- Improve wear life
- Remove the necessity for “scarf” concave joints
- No “key” concave required
- Use locking pins for easy installation.
- Drill and tap inserts for safe lifting.
Our designs are built to satisfy specific application requirements and operating objectives, and they are ideal for processing minerals in a variety of particle sizes: coarse, medium, or fine.
Gyratory crusher concaves are typically made of three layers. The first two layers use high chromium alloy steel, while the third layer is made from high manganese steel.
