They provide the tightest level transfer and the shortest inside turning radius available. Smooth product handling reduces the risk of damage to fragile products. The small design addresses constrained production line space issues.

Our Flex-Turn? conveyors are available with three different belt supports:

The Flex-Turn? line includes size, belt width, and configuration options, allowing?a turning conveyor to suit practically any circumstance. Turns of 90? or 180? are conventional, however additional angles ranging from 45? to 180? are available.

• The Series 600 Flex-Turn? conveyor is an open, stainless steel-framed turn conveyor with polyethylene belt supports. Its open structure allows for the easy removal of debris and facilitates washing and draining.
• The Series 700 Flex-Turn??conveyor has a solid polyethylene top. This prevents the product from falling through, or becoming entangled with the strands of the belt.
• The Series 800 Flex-Turn? conveyor has a solid stainless steel top and stainless steel running rails. This option is particularly suited to some meat processing situations.
