Belt Joining Tubes

Joining tubes combine a full-strand weave with joining clips. A single strand is divided into smaller single-space parts woven into the belt and linked by crimping a stainless steel joining tube onto the adjacent wire sections.

This approach preserves the belt strength of a full-strand weave and, importantly, eliminates distortion caused by the weaving process. When using this procedure, evaluate whether joining tubes will mark the product or have sanitary problems.
