Keep the product in specific rows
Aligned belts?transport items in precise rows. These belts use rows of flights to manage and separate delicate objects, reducing damage and waste. In this design, all strands are created uniformly over the length of the belt. However, the number of rows and spacing can be adjusted. The height of these product guides is adjustable up to 1/2″.
Compound Flat-Flex??conveyor belts
Compound conveyor belts include specially manufactured strands with raised parts known as “flights” in predefined locations on the standard flat belt. These are commonly employed to assist in the movement of objects up an incline or down a descent and to support, separate, or reduce contact between products. The flight pattern can be adjusted to form “pockets” that completely separate easily damaged goods. Flights are offered in four conventional sizes, ranging from 1/8″ to 1″ high/deep.
