Free Spinning Bearings
Free spinning bearings by AMI feature set-screw (SER) or Accu-Loc (SUE), non-contact seal, and a zone-hardened wide inner ring. They use a formed metal slinger along with a modified Buna-Nitrile seal. This gives them an effective labyrinth design. It removes contamination and maintains the lowest torque.

Corrosion Protection Bearing Units
The corrosion protection bearing units feature stainless steel or zinc protection. They have set screw locking bearing inserts in different thermoplastic housing styles. These bearing units are available in standard and tapped base pillow blocks, two-, three-, and four-bolt flange units, as well as take-up units.

High Temperature Bearing Inserts
High-temperature bearing inserts can perform in temperatures up to 450 °F. AMI uses C4 internal clearance, silicone seals, steel cages, and zinc anodized slingers to enable the inserts to operate at extremely high temperatures. These bearing inserts are available in different housing styles.
