Chain Tensioning Wheels

The large inner ring allows for proper attachment without the use of washers. The ball race and sprocket are press-fitted to ensure a secure, permanent connection. The sprocket is made of steel with a mechanical strength of 490?600 N/mm2.

These tensioning wheels are appropriate for roller chains ranging in size from 06 B-1 to 20 B-1. Chain tensioning wheels for duplex roller chains and roller chains meeting ANSI standards (DIN 8188) are available upon request.
